   inquiries – Facilitate donations and manage PO Box expenses – Share updates, if you’ve opted into
   them – Improve our offerings, site experience, and letter-writing process

   All data is stored securely through encrypted platforms and password-protected systems. Letters
   received physically are stored in a locked cabinet, and may be archived for historical or creative
   purposes unless you request otherwise. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third
   parties, ever.
